We would like to welcome you to the HISUN family. This Basic Training Assignment was created to help new and current dealers understand the basics and core values of the HISUN brand and products. In this series of training videos you will be educated on three different key topics as it pertains to doing business with HISUN, Assembly & Quality Control, Standard Features and After-Sales Support. At HISUN we strive to create a seamless customer experience and that begins with one essential element, education.
ASSEMBLY & QUALITY CONTROL
In this video, you will get a brief introduction into the HISUN Assembly and Quality Control Process. It is important to note, the HISUN final assembly process takes place in our 300,000 square-foot warehouse in McKinney, TX where there is also 75,000 square-feet dedicated to parts inventory. The assembly process is made up of 18 key steps including, roll cage assembly, front and rear plastic assembly and electrical. Following assembly, each vehicle passes through a thorough 36-point quality inspection broken down into 4 keys parts, visual inspection, functional inspection, lift inspection and test drive.
STANDARD FEATURES
In this video, you will get a basic overview of all of the features that come standard on a HISUN unit. Every HISUN unit comes standard with nitrogen assisted shocks that are easily adjustable for a customized ride. Braided brake cables are also an added benefit that allow for better flow and pressure to the brakes as well as improved durability. A new feature on HISUN units is a synthetic rope winch, sure to come in handy in tough situations. Every HISUN unit also comes equipped with a roof, windshield, side mirrors, high / low beams and LED tail lights.

In this brief training video, we will break down an overview of the after-sales support available from HISUN Motors. Live customer service and tech support is available to all HISUN customers Monday through Friday from 8:30am - 5:30 pm central daylight time. Customers also have the ability to locate their nearest Authorized Service Center online using the Service Center Locater at www.hisunmotors.com. All replacement and warranty parts are picked and shipped within 48 hours and must be ordered through an Authorized HISUN Dealer or Service Center.
