INTRODUCTION

We would like to introduce you to the new HISUN Dealer Portal. The HISUN Dealer Portal was created as a new and improved system to make business processes more efficient and effective. In this series of training videos you will be walked through several processes from beginning to end. Follow along as we take you step by step through the process to set up your sign-in credentials, register a warranty, file a warranty claim and order parts.


ACTIVATING DEALER LOGIN

In this video, we will walk you through the process to activate your username and password to gain access to the new HISUN Dealer Portal. Once you have completed your paper work and have been approved as an Authorized HISUN Dealer you will receive an e-mail with steps to complete this process. If you are a current dealer, your Regional Sales Manager will set you up as an Authorized HISUN Dealer in the system, you will then receive an e-mail to setup your credentials. Please note, once you have received the activation e-mail, you will have 24-hours to complete the process before the link expires. Please be sure to capture your password in a convenient accessible place as we do not have access to see user password; HISUN will only have access to reset passwords. Please check your spam and junk folder if you have not received your email.

WARRANTY REGISTRATION

In this video we will walk through the process to warranty register a unit once it has been sold. On your new user friendly dashboard, you will be able to track the registration status of sold units. It is important to know, in order for the warranty registration process to be completed and approved you will need to also complete the Pre-Delivery & Customer Orientation Checklist that is available online by clicking here. You can also gain access to this link from the main navigation on your new HISUN Dealer Portal. If you hover over Service and Warranty a dropdown will populate, scroll down to Forms & Links and click Pre-Delivery & Customer Orientation Checklist. In special cases, while completing service and or warranty work, you will encounter a unit that has not been warranty registered and is not tied to your vehicle inventory. Please do not worry, you can warranty register the unit by completing the Pre-Delivery & Customer Orientation Checklist online by clicking here. All sold units must be warranty registered with 48 hours of being sold.


WARRANTY CLAIM

In the video training above we will walk through the process to complete a warranty claim in the new HISUN Dealer Portal. It is important to have key information on hand such as Defect Date, Mileage, Repair Date and Work Order Numbers to make the process easier. It is also important to know that the main labor code will automically populate in section two once all fields have been completed. Diagnostic time and any additional labor will be completed in section five. All calculated totals will be review by HISUN Motors before approval. If you are submitting a Warranty Claim for a unit that is not a part of your dealer inventory, do not worry, please click here to complete the online Warranty Claim Form. 


ORDERING PARTS

In this particular walk through, we will explain the parts ordering process using 2 different methods, via manual diagrams using a parts tree, and alternately ordering by SKU. If you are unable to locate your needed manual please click here. Using the correct manual, you will be able to locate and identify parts allowing you to Order by SKU. When using the Order by SKU method it is important to make sure you are entering the correct part number. It is also extremely important to make sure you double check your cart before checking out to ensure a correct and accurate order.
